We accept the following transportable media: 1.44 MB
disks, CD-ROM, DVD’s, Zip disks (100 & 250 MB), Jazz disks
(1 GB).
A four-color proof for on-press matching is required
(Kodak Approval, Matchprint, Fuji, or similar.) Color proofs should
include color proofing bars; proofs for black-and-white ads should
include gray scales.
Agency or publishers discount: 15%. Payment is due 30 days
after receipt of invoice. A signed insertion order is required to run
all advertisements. Cancellations are not accepted after the closing
date for insertion orders. If/when new advertising rates are announced,
advertisers will be protected for three months at rates then prevailing.
All advertising content is subject to approval by the Publisher.
